John Eagle talks about Lighthouses

A further talk in the Garinish Island 100 Centenary Talks series is taking place on Thursday August 12th.  “The Lighthouses Of The Irish Coast” is being delivered by photographer and author John Eagle who is quite an authority on the subject having published several books on it. Talk starts 8 pm in Glengarriff Park Hotel. Free admission.

  2. The talk with John Eagle was top class. Beautiful photos and a very good commentary. The topic had very broad appeal—not just for mariners.

  3. John put on a great show and his new book is a wonderful “coffee table” item. He has produced some fantastic photos from some very scary locations. He said on the night that he could do a show on Beara. Hopefully this could be one for the future?
